Automotive Receptionist

Front-Desk ReceptionistWe are looking for a Front-Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership group phones, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling sale appointments.Hours of Availability:Full-Time 35+ Hours consistently available on a set schedule!Weekdays 10am-6pm during the week with Alternating Saturdays.Saturdays 11:00-6:00Last Sunday of the Month 11:00-5:00Responsibilities:Answer dealership group phonesGreet and receive prospects and customersDirect customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salespersonWork cooperatively with the sales teamCommunicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient mannerType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentsComplete dealership related invoice payment transaction properly and accuratelyQualifications:Excellent communication skillsProfessional presentationPunctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibilityA clean driving record & valid driver’s licenseA professional appearanceAbout Us: The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
