Job Overview: This position is responsible for working closely with Sales Leadership and Outside Sales Executives to ensure the timely and effective response to inbound sales inquiries, gathering initial customer needs, pre-qualifying, and assigning to the appropriate Outside Sales Executive. This role also includes quote generation, customer follow-up, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to speed the sales cycle for all product lines. Finally, inbound sales has the responsibility and ability to sign 1-10 location retail and financial accounts with CIT/ATM solutions for added sales bonuses. The Inside Sales Specialist will have knowledge and experience with CRM software.

Accountabilities:

• Respond to inbound sales-related phone calls and emails.
• Pre-qualify the customer and assign to the appropriate sales rep.
• Generate quotes and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate field presentations and meetings.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects.
• Close assigned customers and facilitate the contract process.
• Accurately update and maintain Salesforce.com.
• Maintain working knowledge of products and product configurations.
• Ensure all prices quoted remain within established discount guidelines.
• Sign 1-10 location retail and financial accounts for CIT/ATM business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales is required.
• Must be comfortable making 25-100 outbound calls per day.
• Must have strong phone presence and listening skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, face-to-face).
• Ability to speak and write English fluently.
• Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
• Based in Houston, TX.
