This role will focus on providing high-level customer service for internal partners and customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Work with customers to resolve issues related to our product and warranty \* Performs data entry and administrative tasks related to service work at Renewal by Andersen retail locations \* Sorts, alphabetizes and files correspondence, forms, records, reports and other materials according to filing systems \* Searche records and files for specific data \* Performs routine typing or word processing of materials, including lists, envelopes and form letters \* Maintains a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers and delivery partners, technical and business tools, and department functions/KPIs QUALIFICATIONS \* High school diploma or equivalent \* Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills \* Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships \* Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment \* Good phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills \* Customer orientation \* Flexibility & positive outlook \* Listening skills \* Detail orientation**PAY RANGE:**$19.90 - $28.80**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
