Our office is  quickly growing  and we need someone who speaks Spanish fluently that we can train to fit in our office team! Our Customer Service Representative / Receptionist needs to exceed customer service standards for current clients while also  assisting prospects as they call in .

We offer Home - Auto - Life - Commercial sales with strong training support.

Responsibilities

CSR will focus on high level customer service which includes cross selling opportunities. Ideally looking for someone with a great attitude, willing to learn everything the industry has to offer!

• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Attend to walk-in customers as needed.
• Responds to all inquiries within specified timeframe.
• Maintain outbound call volume as necessary.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service including commission generating cross sell solutions.

No prior experience is necessary.
