Technical RecruiterE-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter with at least 3 years of recruiting experience in the cleared IT government contracting space to join our growing team.Location: Hybrid (Washington, DC Metro Area)Corporate Office: Rockville, MDEmployment Type: Full-TimeReports to: Director of People, Culture, and MarketingPosition OverviewThis position is hybrid within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Candidates must be available to attend meetings, job fairs, team events, within the DC Metro area, as well as business activities at our corporate office in Rockville, MD, as needed.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and hiring cleared technical professionals supporting federal government programs. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, program leaders, and business development teams to build talent pipelines and fill critical positions in support of government contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full life cycle recruiting process for cleared technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding support.Recruit for a variety of cleared IT and cybersecurity positions at various site locations nationwide.Source active and passive candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, industry events, and other recruiting channels.Build and maintain pipelines of candidates with active security clearances.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, staffing priorities, and hiring timelines.Conduct candidate phone screens and assess qualifications, technical experience, clearance eligibility, compensation expectations, and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Attend local recruiting events, job fairs, and networking events, etc. to support talent acquisition efforts.Develop and maintain relationships with cleared professionals and industry contacts throughout the DC Metro area and other program locations.Promote a positive candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the organization.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of recruiting experience supporting federal government contractors.Demonstrated experience recruiting for cleared IT and cybersecurity positions.Knowledge of government security clearance requirements and adjudication processes.Experience sourcing candidates through clearance-focused job boards, networking, and referrals.Strong understanding of technical skill sets commonly found in federal IT environments.Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.Must reside within the Washington, DC metropolitan area and be able to travel to the Rockville, MD corporate office as needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting DoJ, DoD, Intelligence Community, and/or Civilian Agency contracts.Experience recruiting candidates with Top Secret clearances.Familiarity with federal contracting staffing challenges and proposal recruiting.Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools.About E-INFOSOLE-INFOSOL is a Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
