About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President & General Manager for Pure Players in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the Amazon business across the United States and Canada, driving the Americas P&L, and delivering profitable growth. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in a digital-first business, particularly in the competitive and data-rich environment of North American consumer goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in both 1P (Vendor) and 3P marketplace models, and a deep understanding of e-commerce sales, operations, marketing, and analytics. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketplace strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and establishing an AI-native operating model. The role also requires strong executive presence, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a focus on continuous, data-driven decision-making. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 12 years' of progressive e-commerce or digital-first commercial leadership experience.
