Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in person.

Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records within the agency management system.

Requirements

Valid NC Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using agency management software and standard office applications.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
