Play a crucial role in supporting clients' daily lives and helping them achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities: Helping clients with daily living activities as needed. Encouraging clients to build and maintain relationships. Supporting clients in employment and volunteer opportunities. Promoting a safe and positive environment for clients. Facilitating clients' involvement in recreational and social activities. Providing transportation to community events, appointments, and activities. Documenting clients' progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties. Collaborating with clients' families, caregivers, and other support professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
