About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager – App Sec Product Owner to own the alignment of the Software Security product vision and roadmap and collaborate with the product team, product area team, and delivery teams to experiment, discover, and deliver on the product vision. In this role, you will:Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals, objectives, key results, and performance indicators.Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.Turn product vision and voice of the consumer into actionable user stories and technical requirements in line with the UX.Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.Actively own the prioritization and grooming of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across product teams.Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.Required Qualifications:7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of Software Security experienceDesired Qualifications:Experience with DevSecOps and secure software development principlesExperience with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) security tools and capabilities including secure design patterns, security requirements, security peer review, threat modeling, static analysis, software composition analysis, dynamic analysis, software supply chain security analysis, and application penetration testingExperience with managing security capabilities in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment CI/CD pipelinesAdvanced knowledge of cloud security principles (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)Ability to develop technology strategy, operating models & roadmaps with clear objectives that are aligned with business, enterprise, and technology strategiesExperience with human-centered design principlesExcellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate and influence executives, senior leaders, Line of Business stakeholders, other product owners, regulatory groups, technology, business analysts, other internal partners7+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc. and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence and SharePointProven ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussionsProven ability to be innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needsAbility to manage integrations across multiple technology systems, operations, and/or processesStrong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrentlyExcellent interpersonal skills with a consumer-centric perspective to resolve conflicts and prioritize outputAdvanced knowledge of Information Cybersecurity industry standardsCertifications as a Product Owner or Product ManagerAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPointInformation Security Certifications such as CISSP, CSSP or CISMFinance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)Job Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipDemonstrate foundational AI literacy by effectively using approved AI tools to support everyday workApply AI tools for activities such as research, summarization, drafting, analysis, and decision supportExercise sound judgment when interpreting and using AI‑generated outputsUnderstand basic AI limitations and appropriate use cases within daily workflowsAdhere to data privacy, security, and data‑handling standards when using AI toolsUse AI ethically and responsibly, in alignment with company policies and guidelinesSalary Ranges:$159,000 - $254,000 - Charlotte, NC$159,000 - $254,000 - Chandler, AZ$159,000 - $254,0000 - Irving, TX$175,000 - $279,000 - Minneapolis, MNPosting End Date: 16 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
