This is a hands-on, facilitative role ideal for someone who thrives working closely with developers, fostering strong team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.You will support 3–4 Agile teams while helping scale Agile practices across multiple initiatives. This role goes beyond running ceremonies—you'll help connect teams, align delivery to business outcomes, and drive sustainable improvements across the organization.What You Will DoLead Agile execution for 3–4 teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) with a focus on continuous improvementMaintain and enhance visibility into team progress using tools like Azure DevOps or JiraParticipate in Agile forums such as Scrum of Scrums and Communities of PracticeHelp teams manage priorities, remove blockers, and proactively mitigate risksPromote team ownership through coaching on estimation, capacity planning, and delivery predictabilityIdentify and manage cross-team dependencies through strong communication and collaborationSupport Agile adoption and change management through stakeholder engagement and data-driven insightsFoster an inclusive, feedback-driven team culture focused on shared accountabilityModel high standards in Agile execution and continuous improvementQualifications3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery leaderExperience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)Strong communication skills and ability to navigate change effectivelySolid understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe)Nice to HaveExperience with Azure DevOpsExposure to multiple technology environments (e.g., legacy systems, cloud, web, mobile)Strong understanding of estimation, sprint planning, and capacity planningSAFe Scrum Master certificationExperience leveraging tools like Copilot or other AI solutions to improve team efficiencyBachelor's degree in a related fieldWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Indianapolis, depending on team needs)Standard working hours are typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
