Make a meaningful difference in students’ educational journeys by providing critical occupational therapy services within a supportive, dynamic school environment near Minneapolis, MN. This full-time contract opportunity is designed for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to cover maternity leave and transition into a full-time replacement through the end of the 2026-2027 school year.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Minnesota.
• Prior experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to support diverse student needs and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, develop measurable goals, and implement therapy interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports while adhering to school and professional standards.
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster optimal learning environments.
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide staff training, and offer recommendations to facilitate student participation and success across school activities.
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of school populations, managing caseloads and maintaining flexible scheduling as needed.
