We are looking for a self-starter, success-driven Business Development Manager. This person achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

Salary starts at 60K-70K, negotiable based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision along with other supplementary plans. Matched 401K, generous PTO, competitive salary with eligibility for bonus and commission. Company vehicle and company phone.

Responsibilities include promoting and selling services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrating products and services to existing/potential customers and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services. Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Researching sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Coordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, and production teams. Analyzing the territory/market's potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers' value to the organization. Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment. Maximizing ROI on all assigned associations, trade shows and conventions.

Requirements include outstanding communication skills, being self-motivated, competitive mindset, success-driven, experience in the Disaster Restoration Industry, business to business sales, including working with agents, insurance adjusters, property managers and commercial properties. Previous CRM experience is a plus.
