Senior Investment Accountant

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 + 10% Bonus About the Opportunity A growing private investment platform is seeking a Senior Investment Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers exposure to fund accounting, financial reporting, investment transactions, treasury activities, and investor reporting within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare quarterly and annual fund financial statements and investor reporting packages Support capital calls, distributions, and cash management activities Assist with investment acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions Monitor fund liquidity and cash forecasting needs Coordinate audit and tax support activities Maintain fund accounting records in accordance with GAAP Partner with investment, asset management, and accounting teams on special projects and process improvements Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience Strong Excel and financial reporting skills Excellent analytical and communication abilities Preferred CPA or CPA-track candidate Public accounting experience (Audit or Tax) ideally Experience within real estate, private equity, investment management, or professional services Why Join?
