Job Description The Receptionist / Front Desk Executive Assistant is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees while providing administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage front desk operations, ensuring the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Provide administrative support to executives and department managers. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and executive calendars. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Order and maintain office supplies and monitor inventory. Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing office workspaces. Maintain filing systems and company records, both electronic and paper. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
