UnitedHealth Group is hiring an EAP Specialist to provide telephonic behavioral health assessment and short-term consultation. This remote role supports CST-standard hours, handles crisis and routine calls, and coordinates referrals and authorizations from home across the U.S. The position requires a masters in a behavioral health field, an active license, and 2+ years’ experience, with a strong focus on documentation and risk assessment.
