Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients’ needs, objectives, and suitable therapeutic interventions. Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients, offering tailored therapeutic services to address unique challenges. Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. Guide clients in developing essential life skills, including coping mechanisms, effective communication, stress management, and problem-solving techniques. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic treatment approach. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and modifications to treatment plans, adhering to electronic health records protocols. Engage in continuous education and training opportunities to refine skills and remain up-to-date with advancements in therapy practices and compliance standards. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution. A current and valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary team members. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
