Loan Support Analyst Senior - Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) Servicing - Midland

Position Overview Loan Support Analyst Senior at PNC’s Midland organization will assist in servicing CMBS loans by identifying authorized parties, processing requests, researching and processing funds, monitoring delinquencies, reviewing waivers, completing address changes, auditing confirmations, rate caps, and collaborating with functional departments to address borrower questions. The position is in‑office. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Responsibilities Identify and contact authorized parties for borrower admin registration and CRE Insight access. Process borrower requests via phone, email, and CRE Insight portal. Research and process incoming and aged funds. Monitor delinquencies and perform collection activities. Review and process borrower‑requested late charge waivers. Complete address changes, audit confirmations, and rate cap reviews. Collaborate with functional departments to support borrowers. Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements. Ensure compliance with servicing agreements, loan documentation, internal policies and applicable regulations. Resolve non‑compliant issues through written and verbal communication. Process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements. Assist in periodic reporting (investor, internal, regulatory). Perform covenant compliance testing and maintain accurate servicing records. Support onboarding of new loans, transition of paid‑off or transferred loans. Assist tax and insurance administration. Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts; may have funds disbursement authority. Review reports to identify exceptions and contribute to risk mitigation. Serve as a subject‑matter resource and provide specialty product training. Qualifications University/college degree required; at least Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing, CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans. Strong analytical, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance skills. Excellent communication, customer interaction, and decision‑making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively. Experience with loan documentation, covenant testing, collections, and reporting preferred.
