UAT Automation Lead -Senior Associate

Overview Chase is seeking a highly motivated UAT Lead to lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, working with cross-disciplinary teams on web and mobile-focused products. As a UAT Automation Lead on the Payments Product team in Connected Commerce, you will evolve with our customers’ needs, focusing on disciplined testing execution in an Agile framework to deliver impactful user experiences. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of user acceptance testing, working with process owners, technology, product managers, functional areas, and customer experience/design teams Execute complex test strategies involving internal Chase applications, third-party vendor applications/microsites, and desktop and/or mobile applications Partner with Testing Leads across all phases of the testing lifecycle Design, develop, and create manual test scripts Test, validate, document, and evidence test results Manage and prioritize defects and shepherd them to resolution Ensure the highest quality product is delivered to customers Support production releases, which may require occasional weekend/evening support Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role Hands-on knowledge of Agile principles and Quality Assurance methodologies/best practices Hands-on experience using JIRA for test execution tracking and defect lifecycle management (workflows, dashboards, traceability) Experience in designing detailed functional test plans and in the creation and execution of test cases Proficiency with UDF and Cucumber, including creating/maintaining automated test scenarios and interpreting results to drive triage and sign-off decisions Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Written and verbal communication skills to present status and ideas clearly and concisely Flexibility and adaptability to change direction based on stakeholder or management direction while meeting tight deadlines Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Hands-on experience conducting online and mobile testing using devices and simulators (e.g., SeeTest) Passion for online and mobile technology and knowledge of industry structure and trends Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience Legal and employment information Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
