Overview Hours: 12 hours on a 2-2-3, night and day shifts Potential Growth: Could lead to an Operator role with future production line expansions Responsibilities Loading tubs Material Air Lock (MAL) process (includes documented cleaning of classified spaces) Requirements Strong work ethic Punctual (start time and returning from breaks) Trainable and coachable Positive attitude, appreciates the opportunity without rushing for promotion Ambitious but realistic growth expectations Preferred Background Required: Manufacturing or fast-paced production experience Nice to Have: Pharma experience Not Ideal: Candidates with frequent moves between jobs Additional Notes for Sourcing Soft skills are more important than technical skills in this seat. Focus on dependability, attitude, and cultural fit Strong preference for candidates outside of pharma who are looking to establish themselves in a stable role #J-18808-Ljbffr
