Base Salary: $230K Practice: Corporate and business transactions for New Jersey companies and developers. Acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings. Business litigation is in the same office if a deal breaks. Our client is a Hackensack firm established in 1978. Corporate work sits next to business litigation, real estate, and estates. Three former New Jersey judges are in the firm, including former assignment and presiding judges. Partnership is available on performance. The seat can be remote.
