Job Summary

We are seeking an Engineering professional to support vehicle safety compliance and homologation activities for global automotive programs. The role involves working with product development teams to identify regulatory requirements, develop compliance plans, track certification activities, and support vehicle launch milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate vehicle safety regulatory requirements for global markets.
• Support compliance and homologation planning throughout the product development cycle.
• Coordinate compliance documentation and certification activities.
• Track program milestones, regulatory deliverables, and homologation progress.
• Provide compliance status updates and risk assessments to project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and program management teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1+ year of Program Management experience (including academic project experience).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive product development.
• Knowledge of FMVSS, ECE, GCC, and China vehicle regulations.
• Understanding of vehicle homologation, certification, and compliance processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
