What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients


• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities


• Conduct outreach and pitch FenixHire’s recruitment solutions


• Strengthen FenixHire’s presence across multiple industries


• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements


• Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand


• Represent the FenixHire brand with professionalism, urgency, and confidence

Compensation (Commission‑Only)

• Unlimited commission


• Bi‑annual performance bonuses (twice a year)


• Recommended earnings range: $70,000 – $160,000+ annually , depending on performance


• Fully remote role with flexible schedule
