Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or a related role
• Comfortable providing 1:1 support to pediatric students in grades K-12
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages highly desired)
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills with students and staff
• Ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments and student needs
• Commitment to fostering academic growth and social development
• Willingness to travel for assignments as needed
• Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:
