In this role, you will represent our agile, reliable, and innovative team while putting people first, working with integrity, and helping with security-related responsibilities at the entrance.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, visitor management protocols, and/or access control expectations for a technology and media location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and professional interaction.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts or emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer questions, direct visitors and staff, manage sign-in processes, and support daily front desk operations tied to security-related policies and procedures.
• Document incidents, access activity, and/or visitor information in logs or reporting systems while communicating relevant details to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
