Assistant Project Manager

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for a local industrial company in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong administrative, customer service, and project coordination skills. The Assistant Project Manager will support project execution, customer communications, order entry, project documentation, and issue resolution while working closely with internal teams and customers. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with project planning and execution Monitor project progress and follow up on deadlines, milestones, and deliverables Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Prepare invoices, estimates, reports, and project documentation Process order entry and manage project-related sample requests Submit product data and samples for customer approval Maintain project records and ensure documentation accuracy Resolve post-delivery customer service issues and document resolutions Coordinate mail, packages, and general office functions Provide cross-functional support and backup for team members as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Project coordination, project administration, or customer service experience Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience Manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment Project management support or project coordinator experience Order entry, estimating, invoicing, or customer service experience Why Apply?
