Location: Everett, WA Salary: $68,000-$72,000 Benefits: Medical (Company pays 100% for Employee Plan), Dental, Vision, IRA, Holidays, PTO Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: M-F, start times typically between 7-8 AM (8 hr. days) Sponsorship not available Real Estate Operations Analyst Description Our client in real estate and property management is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their down-to-earth team in Everett, WA. As the company continues to grow, they’ve separated this role to create a position more centered around data, financial trends, and strategy. You’ll help coordinate the day-to-day operations across 12 sites, supporting account management, vendor coordination, billing, and other administrative needs while tracking and analyzing the financial data behind this business unit. The goal is to keep things running smoothly while using the numbers to identify trends, make recommendations, and find ways to improve revenue and reduce costs. Although you’ll support 12 sites, they are all located within a few blocks of each other in downtown Everett, so there is very little travel involved and most of your role will be office-based. Real estate or property management experience is not required; we are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds who bring the right mix of operations experience. Over time, there will also be opportunities to learn more areas of the business, including commercial leasing, brokerage, and other real estate operations. Real Estate Operations Analyst Responsibilities Oversee monthly and hourly operations across multiple facilities Manage customer accounts, assignments, permits, availability, and related records Track revenue, occupancy, utilization, expenses, and annual KPIs Prepare invoices, review customer statements, and reconcile payments and account activity Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due accounts Prepare financial reports and compare results against budgets, goals, and prior periods Review KPIs and make recommendations to improve revenue, utilization, and costs Respond to customer and tenant questions related to accounts, billing, and services Coordinate with enforcement, technology, maintenance, and other vendors as needed Maintain databases, Excel workbooks, systems, procedures, and related records Conduct periodic site visits and audits and provide additional property support as needed Real Estate Operations Analyst Qualifications 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or a related analytical role Operations-focused and comfortable communicating directly with customers Strong Excel skills and experience using data to prepare reports and identify trends Ability to work onsite each day required #J-18808-Ljbffr twiceasnice Recruiting
