You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi‑provider environment delivering comprehensive dental care across a broad patient population, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and continuity of care. Assignment Details Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts Start Date: ASAP (targeting 4/27/2026) End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Monday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Tuesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Call: Yes (weekly) Weekends: Not required Setting: Hospital-Based / Academic Dental Department Patient Volume & Scope 10+ patients per day Broad scope of general dentistry Patient population includes all ages (infants through older adults), with a majority of adult and geriatric patients (PACE program) Team Support 5 FTE General Dentists Compensation & Benefits Weekly direct deposit pay Dedicated recruiter support Fast credentialing Referral bonuses up to $1,000 What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive dental care in a hospital-based setting Treat a diverse patient population across all age groups Collaborate with a team of providers in an academic environment Utilize EPIC (Wisdom) for documentation and patient management Participate in call rotation as needed Requirements DDS from a US CODA‑accredited dental school (international degrees not accepted) Board Certified in Dentistry Active Massachusetts dental license Hospital-based experience required Strong academic background preferred (GPR preferred) Comfortable treating patients across all age groups Flu vaccination required (no exceptions or waivers) Why You’ll Love This Location Cambridge is a vibrant and intellectually rich city just across the river from Boston.
