IT Project Manager - HR Technology

Our client (a world leading hedge fund) seeks an IT PM to join its HR Technology team. Responsibilities Lead the strategic development and deployment of the company's HR technology platforms encompassing recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, benefits, employee training, and associated processes. Serve as a vital intermediary, fostering collaboration among senior stakeholders, business user teams, and both internal and external development teams, ensuring project scope alignment, prioritization, and cost-effectiveness. Effectively manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
