Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with weight loss consultations and program enrollment.
• Conduct health assessments and track patient progress.

• Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate with medical staff to deliver tailored care plans.
• Support patients in setting and achieving their weight loss goals.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits to maintain patient engagement.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Experience in a medical office or weight loss clinic is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of nutrition and fitness principles is advantageous.
• Proficient in using eClinical Works EMR system.
• Team player with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Must have medical assistant experience.
