Sous Chef – Fort Mill, SC
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a high-volume, polished casual restaurant in Fort Mill, SC. This is a great opportunity for a strong culinary leader who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high food standards, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment in Fort Mill, SC.
The ideal candidate for this Fort Mill, SC position will have experience managing kitchen operations, leading BOH teams, and maintaining food quality and consistency. We are seeking someone who is organized, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality and team development in Fort Mill, SC.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of salaried kitchen management experience
• High-volume scratch kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
