Job Description Contacts prospective customers to provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices, developing treasury management business. Manages relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business. Prepares sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends solutions that benefit clients. Identifies opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs. Assists management in developing market strategy and setting sales objectives. Responsible for meeting or exceeding all assigned sales and revenue retention goals. Assists in design and oversees proper installation of treasury management services. Assists management in developing new services or modifying existing ones. Role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the remaining days. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience Extensive knowledge of treasury management products Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations Strong sales and new business development skills Excellent customer service/relations skills Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills Benefits Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. Pay Range: $139,230.00 - $163,800.00. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
