Typical Duties Responsible for printer set up, SMT feeder set-up and machine operation Able to identify electronic component's mfg. p/n, values, etc. Follow production priorities as established by the EMS Lead and or Manager Read BOM, set up list, assembly drawing and material audit list Monitor quality of work and compliance with process and product specifications Communicate to department supervisor any changes in production status Follow company policies and departmental processes and procedures Required Skills Experience in the FPCA (Flexible Printed Circuit Assembly) manufacturing a plus Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job Familiarity with IPC A 610 standards and military specifications a plus Able to operate an SMT Machine Education Requirements High School Diploma Experience Requirements 0-1 years minimum in a manufacturing environment Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of a position.
