Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Clarity Pulse, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments with couples and individuals to identify their needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on improving communication and resolving conflicts among family members.
\n
• Specializing in a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and attending regular team meetings to enhance your skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve therapy for adults and children/adolescents. You will interact with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including relationship conflicts, family dynamics, and personal crises. Your expertise will be essential in providing targeted interventions to support healing and personal growth within these populations.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
