Integration Manager

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks an Integration Manager to lead EHR and system integration projects of medium to high complexity. This role manages project execution, ensures regulatory compliance, monitors performance, and coordinates stakeholder communication within healthcare IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of EHR and system integration projects aligned with organizational and regulatory goals
- Apply project management practices to control scope, schedule, requirements, issues, and risks
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements
- Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and KPI updates to stakeholders
- Manage change requests and maintain positive working relationships across departments and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years relevant experience
- 3-5 years EHR or system integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management experience
- Epic Bridges certification obtainable within 6 months and maintained throughout employment
- Proficiency with integration solutions, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), and standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Project management competency managing multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and HITECH
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills
Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
