Manager, Enterprise Analytics & Reporting

Abbott seeks a Manager, Enterprise Analytics & Reporting to lead a multidisciplinary team developing and maintaining analytics, reporting, and data solutions across Tableau, Epic Clarity, Databricks, and other platforms. The role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and business partnership to translate stakeholder needs into scalable data products while establishing governance standards and advancing team engineering capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of analytics, reporting, and data engineering professionals
- Partner with commercial, clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize analytics initiatives
- Provide technical direction for Tableau dashboards, Epic Clarity reports, and Databricks data pipelines and integrations
- Establish reporting governance practices including development standards, documentation, testing, and lifecycle management
- Build team engineering capabilities through coaching and hands-on opportunities in data modeling, automation, and scalable solution design
Requirements
- People leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or data engineering teams
- Technical expertise with Tableau, Epic Clarity, Databricks, or comparable enterprise platforms
- Data modeling, pipeline development, and analytics solution architecture knowledge
- Experience establishing reporting governance, standards, and quality controls
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical data and reporting solutions
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills
