About the Role
The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Vice President to join their dynamic M&A team. The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end deal execution process, with a focus on supporting the team in preparing and delivering presentations, originating new deals, and coordinating internal and external resources for due diligence. The role also includes extensive industry, market, and company-specific research, as well as building and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in investment banking, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a strong background in closed M&A deals and deal origination. Applicants for the Investment Banking Senior Vice President position at the company should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
