What You'll Do:
- Secure financing and present loan/lease options to customers
- Offer and explain F&I products with confidence and transparency
- Ensure all deals comply with state and federal regulations
- Work closely with leaders to secure competitive approvals
- Maintain accurate paperwork and strong attention to detail
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
- Automotive Finance experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of lending institutions and compliance regulations
- Proven ability to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
