Travel Nurse RN - Observation UnitProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Department: Observation UnitThis is the Late Evening shift job that starts at 18:45 to 07:15 Hours. Need licensed travel RN registered with Tennessee Board of Nursing, Basic Life Support (BLS Certification).Roles and Responsibilities:Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Minimum Qualifications:Unit Capacity: 23 Beds Population Served: Patients with acute medical/surgical disease processes requiring observation or inpatient acute care admission Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a travel register nurse.
