Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Payrate: $26.87-42.98 an hour

1-year contract assignment

Are you a detail-driven finance professional who enjoys turning numbers into meaningful business insights? Albuquerque site is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team and help drive accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.

In this role, you’ll work with financial data, analyze business trends, support financial reporting, and help ensure the organization has the information it needs to make sound business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare forecasts and analyze trends across sales, finance, and general business conditions.
• Analyze financial information and make recommendations that support the company’s financial position.
• Prepare data for journal entries and review general ledger activity and financial statements for reasonableness.
• Gather and analyze information for financial statements, ledgers, reports, and tax-related activities.
• Prepare accurate financial reports for internal and external customers.
• Identify and communicate financial trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Follow all applicable safety, health, security, and company policies.
• Take on additional finance-related responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to define problems, gather relevant data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work effectively in a Windows-based environment.
• Advanced PC skills and the ability to learn and use company financial software.
• Ability to communicate information clearly to managers, clients, customers, and others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working with numbers, percentages, ratios, and financial calculations.
• Ability to read, create, and interpret graphs and other financial information.
