Joyce Manufacturing Company Production Worker
Joyce Manufacturing Company (JMC) has been a trusted family-owned leader in residential building products since 1955. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Workers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where quality and teamwork are valued.
What You'll Do
- Perform general production duties including assembling, packing, and handling materials
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 50-70 lbs. and standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays
