Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines. Support a professional environment within a fast‑paced technology location by assisting with visitor interactions, directional questions, and/or other security-related customer service needs. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. X‑Ray screening experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
