This role will work closely with senior business stakeholders in the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) organization and other Pfizer departments. It will act as a strategic partner and drive performance tracking and reporting for commercial performance, including product performance outcome reporting, executive dashboards, omnichannel engagement activities, and reporting. The role will also lead the efforts in standardizing and centralizing the commercial reporting ecosystem and will help implement industry best practices in performance reporting and insights generation processes. The role is dynamic, fast‑paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics critical to the business.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Performance Reporting & Tracking Provide thought partnership in building and standardizing the commercial reporting ecosystem Serve as a strategic partner to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions related to organization‑wide performance reporting, including executive reporting Lead identification of information needs and development of project plans to address those needs Develop and execute creation of an in‑house dataset to drive patient and HCP insights into the infrastructure of care Connect reporting insights together to tell a compelling and persuasive story and deliver clear and actionable recommendations to senior leadership Collaboration with other Analytical teams Align with other GCA teams to ensure cohesive activities with stakeholders Actively contribute to the advancement of capabilities through thought leadership and knowledge sharing Lead dialogue to adapt global strategies and standardize performance metrics and tracking Partner with other analytic functions to advance the use of novel data sources and reporting, including RWD and Data Science Technical Skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong analytical and coding skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL), plus MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent reporting and analytical skills to synthesize and validate various inputs and to communicate the story to commercial leadership Subject‑matter expertise in quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies Extensive experience designing and managing secondary data analytics Experience applying innovative techniques to monitor, simulate, and analyze complex data sets Ability to assess and direct vendor technical capabilities and manage risks in the analytic process Flexibility, prioritization, and the ability to lead teams through complex, cross‑functional projects Expertise in coaching others and synthesizing analysis into clear strategic recommendations to enable commercial decision making Proven ability to act as a strategic partner establishing trust and credibility with senior leadership Ability to identify, prioritize, and describe caveats and uncertainties in data relative to business questions and strategic priorities Previous demonstrated business and financial acumen

QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years’ experience (or equivalent with advanced degree) in pharma/biotech analytics and/or strategic consulting. Primary Care experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in a quantitative discipline. Hands‑on analytics, statistics, reporting, or database knowledge and experience with relevant tools. Experience with IQVIA data sets (Claims, NPA, DDD, XPO, etc.) preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills in a fast‑paced environment. Strong project management and organizational skills working with cross‑functional teams of diverse colleagues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Broad leadership experience, ability to influence and collaborate, develop and coach others, and deliver business impact. Strong customer service orientation.

Work location: Flexible; 2‑3 days onsite per week Last day to apply: March 11, 2026 The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share‑based long‑term incentive program.
