Shop Tech I / Diesel MechanicA Shop Tech I / Diesel Mechanic is a critical member of the service team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of equipment, from small engines to agricultural machinery. This role requires strong mechanical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Most work takes place in the shop, though occasional field support may be required.
