Legal Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist will focus primarily on client billing, including through various electronic client billing systems. This position will also perform routine clerical tasks in support of general firm accounting. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Law firm & e-billing experience a plus. Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems. Basic mathematical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Oversee monthly firm expenses and incorporate into client billing. Assist with entering attorney time. Assist with attorney accounting inquires. Process A/P invoices.
