Key Responsibilities\n

• Work closely with clients to devise actionable treatment strategies that align with their goals, utilizing evidence-based modalities appropriate for family dynamics and relationship issues.

• Act as an advocate for clients during crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention skills to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Engage in collaborative team discussions, case consultations, and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and enhance clinical proficiency.

• Manage an active caseload and effectively schedule sessions to meet client demands while maintaining the quality of therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Healthy Minds Psychotherapy, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on fostering resilience and facilitating change to promote mental and emotional wellness. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated clinical experience of at least two years in providing therapy to individuals and families, with an emphasis on a collaborative and client-centered approach.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practices in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
