\n Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Bonus opportunities may be available where applicable but not guaranteed . \n

Store Hours: \n

\nFull-Time in store position\n
\n Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM\n
\n Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM\n
\n ✅ Never work on Sundays\n

About the Position \n
\n
\nOur Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products, evaluating vehicles, managing loans and payments, and maintaining regular communication with customers regarding their accounts. This includes making courtesy calls when necessary and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\n
\n
\nCustomer Service Representatives are the heart of our business and play a critical role in delivering the honest, respectful service our customers expect.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities \n
\n
\n• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone\n
\n • Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly and professionally\n
\n • Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications\n
\n • Manage customer accounts and payment processing\n
\n • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records\n
\n • Make courtesy reminder calls as needed\n
\n • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws\n

\n• High school diploma or equivalent required\n

Experience \n

\n• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required\n
\n • Computer and data entry experience preferred but not required\n
