The Role We are looking for someone to own sales and marketing for our brands across the Texas Hill Country, one of the most exciting hospitality and tourism markets in the state. This is a role for someone who loves hospitality, lights up in a room full of people, and wants to build a brand in their own backyard. You will be the face of I & A Agave Spirits in the Hill Country, building real relationships with on premise and off premise accounts, creating memorable experiences, and identifying opportunities to activate the brand at festivals, philanthropic events, and the happenings that bring the market and industry together. You will own both the selling and the local marketing, so no two weeks will look the same. Based in Fredericksburg, with travel across the Hill Country. You need curiosity, hustle, and a real love for people and hospitality. What You'll Do Own your channel: Build and grow I & A Agave Spirits presence across on premise and off premise accounts throughout the Texas Hill Country. Build relationships: Develop deep, lasting relationships with beverage directors, GMs, buyers, chefs, and owners, the people who shape what the Hill Country eats and drinks. Bring Socorro to life on site: Show up at tastings, dinners, festivals, and account events to pour, present, and represent the brand. You set the tone in the room and you make guests fall in love with what's in the glass. Educate and inspire: Lead trainings, tastings, and storytelling sessions for bar staff, retail teams, and accounts so they can pour our brands with confidence when you are not in the room. Help build signature cocktail menus and event programs that feature the brand. Create experiences worth talking about: Plan and execute tastings, activations, and local partnerships that build our presence across the community, from Main Street to the wineries, resorts, and gathering places that make the Hill Country special. Listen, learn, and report back: Gather market intel, competitive activity, partner feedback, and emerging trends. Track visits, trainings, events worked, and new accounts opened so we can see what is working and double down. Who You Are Sales, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. If you've worked in restaurants, bars, hotels, tasting rooms, or anywhere people gather to eat and drink well, we want to talk. You know the Hill Country. You know where locals and visitors eat, drink, and gather, the spots everyone recommends, and the events that bring the whole region out. Or you're the kind of person who can learn that fast. You are genuinely passionate about agave spirits and curious about what makes great tequila great. You light up around people. Nights, weekends, and event hours don't scare you, they energize you. You love being the host as much as the guest. You are organized and self-directed. Nobody is going to micromanage your calendar; you own your week. You are comfortable using technology to track your work (CRM, depletion data, basic Excel, shared docs). You will join a tight knit familia where you'll have ownership, visibility, and real influence on how we grow. You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel across Texas, often in the evenings and weekends. You are 21+ and can legally work with and around alcohol in Texas.
