Healthcare Operations Supervisor (Administrative & Lab)

We are partnering with a large healthcare client and seeking an Administrative Medical Supervisor and a Laboratory Medical Supervisor.
Administrative Services
You'll lead day-to-day operations, anticipating business needs before they become problems and stepping in with the support your team needs to succeed independently. You'll coordinate large-scale events from concept to execution, juggling logistics, vendors, and senior stakeholders while making it look effortless. You'll provide preliminary budget leadership, build and protect vendor relationships, and mentor your team with real feedback that helps them grow.
- Minimum two years of leadership experience (formal or project-based)
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Health Care, or related field, OR minimum three years of experience in administrative support or a related field
- BLS is required
Medical Laboratory
You'll lead the development of laboratory policies and procedures, driving audits and process improvement projects that actually make a difference. You'll monitor specimen management and testing accuracy, guide your team through regulatory and accreditation requirements, and develop training materials that build real competency. You'll implement new testing methodologies and technology, always pushing for better service, quality, and efficiency.
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in a healthcare-related field
- Bachelor's degree in medical lab science or related healthcare field plus three years of relevant experience, OR minimum six years of experience in medical technology, clinical laboratory sciences, or a related healthcare field
- CPT License is required
- BLS is required
