This position is primarily remote, with the option to conduct sessions via telemedicine. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples and families, facilitating constructive dialogues and conflict resolution.

• See clients individually to tailor treatment approaches based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Assess and create treatment plans for various issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to encourage coping strategies and positive behavioral changes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and adhere to all regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with other clinical staff to provide comprehensive care to clients and ensure continuity of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, and individuals across various age groups, specifically adults and children/adolescents. Your expertise will address a wide array of challenges such as psychological abuse, separation and divorce, job stress, blended family dynamics, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must hold an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Your clinical skills, along with your passion for helping others, will be foundational to your success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed candidates are welcome to apply, we also seek experienced therapists who have demonstrated a commitment to clinical excellence. Flexibility in scheduling availability and a desire to work 30+ hours per week are important criteria as well.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Bridge Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
