You'll work across platforms and channels, using data to continuously sharpen targeting and performance — and collaborating with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure every campaign is on-strategy and built to deliver results.**What You'll Do*** Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic DSPs, and other digital channels* Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting — surfacing insights and recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, and ROI* Use data and analytics to continuously refine targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies, maximizing the effectiveness of every campaign dollar* Manage advertising budgets across assigned brands with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and meeting campaign goals* Create and manage digital content and assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and relevance to healthcare professional audiences* Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to identify opportunities for optimization* Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaign strategy, ensure consistent messaging, and support cross-functional objectives* Assist in developing marketing reports and presentations that communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders**What Sets You Apart*** At least 1 year of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic DSPs* Analytically driven with strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate data into clear insights and present results with confidence* Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related platforms* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality* A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes and looks for ways to continuously improve performance* Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing strongly preferred* Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, CMS tools, or marketing automation a plus* Experience managing a direct report is a bonus, but not required* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred**Compensation Range:**$55,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
